The 2025 Skerpioen displays peach and citrus flavours and a touch of tropical aspects, migrating to the trademark salty brine characteristics associated with this vineyard. This 2024 vintage has a slightly lower acidity than usual, and the aromatics suggest it can be enjoyed earlier. The Skerpioen is one of our white wines that are the first to be ready for enjoyment in our range of whites.

This 2025 Rotsbank bottling displays gunflint and seaweed aromas with tropical granadilla secondary flavours. There is a line of green tea, and the tannin dries out at the end of the palate. This year is marked by incredible length and elegance on the palate. It is one of the wines that can be slightly reduced and shy on release, and we recommend that the wine be allowed to aerate if opened early. It is a very linear and firm style of Chenin. .

Red fruits and a touch of black cherry, combined with hints of toasty oak, dominate on the nose. The entry on the palate is silky, with elegantly soft tannins and a big, juicy mouthfeel rounding off the wine.

Celestina means, little celestial one? referring to the splendid stars in the milky way which hang like jewels above the earth on which these vines are grown. Celestina comes from a small farm in Baardskeerdersbos, near Elim in the Agulhas Wine Triangle. The wine is fruity, with excellent acid balance. It displays the typical Cape Aghulas mineral characteristic, coupled with raciness and a subtle hint of saltiness. The Sauvignon Blanc shines in the blend, whilst the Semillon adds palate-weight. Best paired with fresh fish, chicken or pork dishes.

All grapes on the estate are hand-picked. Once received in the cellar, the grapes are gently transferred by means of gravity to both stainless steel and cement vessels for fermentation. A period of cold soaking follows, which enables rich extraction of colour, elegant aromas and bright flavour. Extended maceration follows at the conclusion of fermentation, which assists in providing the wine with soft texture, increased colour intensity and complexity.

Franschhoek, South Africa – Limited Release (Only 2,410 Bottles Produced) The Stony Brook Cabernet Franc 2019, crafted in the shadow of the Dutoitskop Peak, is a rare and elegant expression of this noble varietal. With only 2,410 individually numbered bottles released, this limited-edition vintage is a collector’s dream and a sommelier’s delight. In the glass, it reveals a deep crimson hue. Aromas of red peppercorn, wild Cape fynbos, and dark chocolate leap from the nose, leading into a palate that balances freshness with intensity. The bright entry gives way to layers of concentrated dark fruit and earthy spice, supported by firm, structured tannins and a long, dry finish. Hand-harvested and gently vinified, this wine spent 21 months maturing in second-fill French oak barrels to enhance complexity without overwhelming the fruit. A true reflection of Franschhoek terroir and artisanal winemaking. Serve with: rosemary-infused lamb chops, grilled eggplant parmigiana, or a herbed mushroom risotto. Ageing potential: Now to 2030.

Mouth filling flavours of sub- tropical fruits including melon, lychees, passion fruit, ripe nectarine flesh , with intense pink grapefruit and fresh limes on the finish. In its youth, flavours are fresh and zesty with a broad mineral textured base and over time will settle into flinty and wet limestone character reminiscent of Sancerre styled character. Chardonnay is an ode to the African hands, soils & vintage which created this wine & represent its truly unique origin This vintage combines equal parts from two climats in Elgin planted to Clone CY95: one along the Applewaite lake with the vines rooted in Table Mountain sandstone over white clay, the other 15km away on a terraced South facing site rammed into Bokkeveld shale with yellow clay, quartz & flecks of ironstone. Elgin’s macro climate is cool with the climats we source fruit from decidedly ultra cool. Barrel Fermented & Matured."

This maiden 2025 Twiswind vintage displays limey and zesty dynamics with fresh Granny Smith apple and peach skin aromas. The intense palate and textural aspects somehow dwarf the aromatics, as the wine is built up from the structural mouthfeel and tension of tannins. The acidity is firm, and this wine needs time .

This 2025 Treinspoor starts out with some darker graphite and dried fig aromas, transcending into violets and perfumes that transform into pencil lead aromas. It is one of the most lifted versions, and the purple hue also suggests a new definition of Tinta Barocca, or at least for us. The tannins are multi-layered and dense with a firm finish. This is an absolute block of a wine with a lingering forever taste. Please afford this wine time. 100% Tinta Barocca

This maiden 2025 Sonvang vintage displays Mediterranean rosemary and herbal aromas, tangled with bright red fruit. The wine is youthful and embryonic and hosts a slight perfect reduction that will carry it into the future. The powdery and firm tannins have class and elegance and are knotted and stitched together with the acidity to produce enormous length to the wine. This wine needs time, and we are delighted with this maiden release. Single-varietal Grenache (maiden vintage).

This 2025 Skurfberg vintage displays some riper tropical fruit alongside the usual Granny Smith apple fresh greener flavours. This vintage however, has some viscosity to it, balanced by a very bright and long acidity finish. This is a more linear version of the vineyard expression, and the wine should fill out with time in the bottle.

2025 Kokerboom displays the typical waxy, lanolin characters often associated with Semillon, but this year, the aromatics also have a gingery, spicy aspect, with some tropical granadilla undertones. On the mouth, the tannins and phenolics seem to be some of the most refined and elegant we have tasted from this vineyard. Overall, it is a very fresh version of this vineyard.

This 2024 Columella vintage displays strawberry aromas transitioning to dark cherry and floral perfumed aromatics. Over time, the trademark violets and perfumes will develop further; the wine is very compact. Its tannin dynamics are similar to those of the 2019 vintage. The wine needs time.
