The Luddite Saboteur Red style is unashamedly new world. 60% Shiraz, 15% Grenache Noir, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Mourvèdre. It is crunchy, juicy fruit balanced by vibrant tannins. The red blend will always be Shiraz driven with a Rhone slant. What makes it different is that the Cabernet Sauvignon is too damn good to leave out! Vibrant fruit on mid-palate. Chenin Blanc based blend with different percentages of Viognier and Blanc Fumé. This blend is 77% Chenin Blanc, 13% Blanc Fumé and 10% Viognier. A rich mouthfeel with subtle tannins and pithiness from skin contact. White peach, honey blossoms with a salty and herbaceous finish.

A very friendly and accessible wine with ample notes of lemon, green melon, citrus blossom, white pear, guava, freshly cut grass and ruby grapefruit. A medium bodied wine with a refreshing acidity. The fine and creamy texture ensures an enduring finish.

A full-bodied dry Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting an intense ruby red colour. Flavours of blackcurrant, pencil shavings and spice is evident on the nose. These flavours follow through on the palate, to produce a complex wine with juicy tannins and a velvety finish. Will mature well over the next 10 years.
