Conservation Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2023

The wine has a pale straw colour with a slight green edge. It shows hints of lime, white pear and gooseberry with underlying tones of passion fruit and lemon thyme. The palate adds to these aromas, with flavours of Granny Smith apples, lemongrass and nettle. The wine has a good weight and balance on the palate, layered with minerality.
