The 2021 Thamnus Pinot Noir is light in colour but serious in nature. Tilled earth, cured meat, black berries and cherries line the nose, supported by a hint of French oak. Firm and elegant on the palate, with savoury red fruits and chalky tannins. Decant in its youth, or drink to 2032.
