Boschkloof Epilogue Syrah 2022

It’s a wine providing spice and perfumed aromatics. 60% of the wine is whole bunch fermented and aged in cement, only while the balance is de-stemmed and aged in new 400l French oak barrels. This method adds texture and freshness as well as a component of oak complexity in the final blend. Only 400 bottles produced.
