Blakes Tourmaline 2021

Tourmaline is a creamy, perfectly balanced wine. Lovely straw colour with notes of peaches and apricots. The fruit is balanced by the acidity and oak which adds to the length and the mouth feel.This wine is a true reflection of the Swartland terroir and will be best enjoyed with a meal of poultry, seafood or light pastas. Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier.
