• Made from Shiraz grapes grown on Koffieklip – rich soils, this wine shows fresh black cherry, plum and chocolate complimented by cedar spice. The palate is soft and juicy with a long velvety finish. Spicy notes of black pepper, cinnamon and cloves are layered atop black cherry and chocolate. The palate shows fresh plum and violets, and finishes with a well-rounded velvety tannin.
  • An old world style Syrah made in a new world country. Pepper and spice is evident on the nose and it follows through on the palate, supported with a well presented red fruit aroma that is rounded with a kiss of oak.
  • A perfumed nose of fynbos, lilies and pepper precedes a palate of blueberry, red & purple plum along with savoury notes of roasted beetroot, star anise and cloves. The wine is medium bodied with good freshness, chalky tannins and a crushed stone minerality. The finish is long and pleasantly dry. Perfectly paired with pepper-crusted fillet steak with brandy cream sauce.  
  • This Syrah exhibits beautiful aromas of dark berry, cherry and pepper with seamlessly integrated tannins and seductive hints of mocha, earth and spice adding to the complexity, which in turn follows through on the lengthy palate. Great with family roasts and hearty meat dishes.
